Business Development Planning

When setting up a new business or changing an existing business, many business advisers tell business owners that they need a cash-flow and projections and a business plan. Many business owners know this, but do not actually know how to go about preparing one.

The Business Development Plan was created with this in mind. It is a six month structured programme to help business owners plan and develop a new or existing business strategy to take it to the next level. What’s more, we don’t just help you develop a plan and leave you to it, we meet with you at regular fortnightly meetings throughout the program to see you develop and execute your plan.

Examples of how we have helped businesses develop include:

  • Starting to take on employees
  • Developing client bases into more profitable structures
  • Improving work-life balance
  • Reducing hours worked
  • Moving into premises

We use our accounting skills to teach you how to be more aware and comfortable with the finances.

We also use our business skills to help you overcome the issues and hurdles that you and your business face.
